Find AI List is committed to the highest standards of transparency in financial transactions. Our refund protocols are designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020as mandated by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, India.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for our digital services (Featured Listings, Review Services, and Advertisements) are processed. Please note that by purchasing any service on Find AI List, you acknowledge and accept these specific transaction terms.
If our editorial team rejects a tool based on quality standards, we provide a full refund of the submission fee, provided the review hasn't consumed significant manual resources.
Once a listing is scheduled and occupies a slot in our database, it cannot be refunded as that slot was held exclusively for you and cannot be re-sold instantly.
We process refunds in the original currency of the transaction. Find AI List is not responsible for any variations due to exchange rates imposed by your bank.
To initiate a refund request, follow these mandatory steps:
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment gateway without first contacting our billing desk is classified as a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to indefinitely blacklist the user account and any associated tool URLs from our global directory database.
