Dokploy

Install Dokploy on the primary control plane server.

Add remote server nodes via the UI by securely providing SSH credentials or tokens.

Select the application to deploy and designate the connected remote servers as deployment targets.

Trigger the build, allowing Dokploy to orchestrate the remote container pull and execution seamlessly.

Navigate to the Databases tab and select a database type (e.g., PostgreSQL).

Configure basic credentials and allocate resource limits in the UI.

Set up an automated backup schedule (e.g., daily at 2 AM) pointing to an S3-compatible storage bucket.

Monitor backup logs directly in the dashboard to ensure successful data retention.

Initialize a Docker Swarm cluster directly from the Dokploy settings panel.

Generate join tokens and attach worker nodes to the Swarm via the UI.

Configure the application deployment settings to target the Swarm cluster.

Define replica counts to scale instances horizontally across the available worker nodes.

Navigate to the Open Source Templates section within Dokploy.

Search for 'Supabase' and click deploy.

Review the auto-generated environment variables and customize necessary secrets.

Submit the form to let Dokploy automatically pull, link, and start all associated Supabase microservices natively via Docker Compose.

Deploy a web application container through the Dokploy interface.

In the application's networking settings, specify the desired custom domain name.

Enable the SSL toggle to instruct the built-in Traefik instance to fetch a Let's Encrypt certificate.

Optionally use the Traefik File Editor to add custom middleware, such as rate limiting or basic auth.

Generate an API token within the Dokploy user management settings.

Configure a GitHub Action or GitLab CI pipeline in the application's source repository.

Add a deployment step in the CI pipeline that makes an authenticated request to the Dokploy API or uses the Dokploy CLI.

Upon code merge, the pipeline triggers Dokploy to rebuild and redeploy the updated container automatically.
