XnView

Open RAW image in XnView.

Select 'Convert' from the menu.

Choose JPEG as the output format.

Adjust compression settings as needed.

Start the conversion process.

Save the JPEG image.

Select multiple images in XnView's browser.

Choose 'Batch Conversion' from the menu.

Specify the desired width and height.

Select 'Resize' as the conversion action.

Start the batch conversion process.

Save the resized images.

Open an image in XnView.

Select 'Effects' and then 'Watermark'.

Choose the watermark text or image.

Adjust the position, size, and opacity.

Apply the watermark.

Save the watermarked image.

Open the folder containing the photos in XnView.

Sort the images by date taken.

Create new folders for each year or month.

Drag and drop the images into the corresponding folders.

Select the images.

Choose 'Batch Conversion'.

Select 'Grayscale' as the conversion action.

Start conversion and save new images.
